a sweet moment between Only Murders in the Building co-stars selena gomez and Martin Short from the The Emmys are going viral.
The pair presented an award alongside castmate Steve Martin, and as the trio were walking out on stage to present it, Short, 74, offered Gomez, 32, some words of reassurance.
“I feel like I’m about to fall!” Gomez told Short, who sweetly replied: “I’ve got you, baby!”

They presented the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.
“The Emmy Awards! What a magical evening it’s been trying to remember people’s names,” Gomez joked in her intro.
Short added: “And pretending that we’ve seen their shows!”

Steve Martin, 79, jokingly added: “And if I see an actor I don’t know, I just say, ‘I love your scene with Nicole Kidman!'”
It was a big night at the Emmys for our Aussie stars, with Elizabeth Debicki winning her first Emmy for portraying Princess Diana in The Crown.

On the night, Gomez was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series for their show, Only Murders in the Buildingbut she lost.
At one point during the evening, Gomez became overcome with emotion as actor John Leguizamo said a moving speech and shouted out all the transgender, First Nations and Latinx nominees at this year’s Emmys.
On the evening, the Rare Beauty founder stunned in a black gown which featured jewel embellishment on the neck.
