Kelly Rowland has spoken out on the texting gaffe in the Dilemma music video, 22 years after the hit song with Nelly was released.
She appeared on Mystical Kitchen’s Last Meal series when she asked about the scene, saying: “They made me look nuts.”
In the video clip, Rowland, 43, is seen trying to text Nelly using Microsoft Excel – and a snippet of the moment has since gone viral on social media.

When asked if anyone on set noticed or said anything about the gaffe, Rowland said, “No, and I’m actually mad at them that they didn’t because they made me look nuts.”
“Do you know how much flack I get from that? I’m so used to it now,” she added with a laugh.
She previously said in another interview years ago that she didn’t know what Microsoft Excel was, so “didn’t care” about the memes.

Nelly also told The project, ”That was the thing at the time… It looks a little dated now, I can see that.”
The song came out just a few years before Destiny’s Child disbanded in 2006.
But Rowland went on to forge a successful solo career.
Rowland is celebrating the release of her new thriller, My Culpa.
Speaking about her bond with her Destiny’s Child co-stars Beyoncé and Michelle Williams she told Elle UK: ”So many women say ‘oh my god, I love your relationship with the girls (Destiny’s Child)”.
“And it’s because we all genuinely want to see each other be great and go after things that we’re passionate about.
“And if we feel like one (of us) needs a little push, we do that, whether they’re ready for it or not. It’s about being there and making sure they push themselves.”
Earlier this year, the trio performed together for the first time in six years at her husband Tim Weatherspoon’s birthday.
The group are known for hits including Say My Name, Bills, Bills, Bills and Soldier.
