October 31, 2023: What first appeared to be a regular anniversary tribute shared by Nicole Phelps to honor her seven-year wedding anniversary with American Olympian swimmer Michael Phelps actually featured a twist at second glance.

“A memory from Oct 29 over the last 7 years with you (Michael Phelps) (I couldn’t find 2019’s pic 🤭),” Nicole Phelps wrote on Instagram alongside a series of snaps taken on October 29 through the years, including their wedding day in 2016.

“Happy Anniversary to my best friend, hubby and partner thru life ❤️ I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!”

Then, Nicole Phelps confirmed she is, in fact, cradling a new baby bump in the first photo.

She concluded: “For those that are wondering… yes! we’re expecting our 4th Phelps in 2024 💙💙💙💙”.

The couple, who have been together since 2007, share three older sons – seven-year-old Boomer, five-year-old Beckett, and four-year-old Maverick.
