J.O. Jonas and Sophie Turner‘s marriage has officially come to an end one year after their split.
the former couple divorce has now been finalized and the pair have reached a settlement, according to documents obtained by TMZ on September 10 (September 11 in Australia).
The terms of the agreement were marked confidential, with the judge having already signed off on it, the outlet relayed.

Jonas was the first to file for divorce from Turner in September 2023, claiming their four-year marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
The pair soon landed in legal trouble when Turner filed a lawsuit against Jonas, claiming he was preventing their daughters – Willa, three, and Delphine, two – from returning to “their habitual residence of England” by withholding their passports.
In response, Jonas’ representative assured the children “were not abducted” and that the singer was “seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father.”

The pair reached an agreement on custody arrangements for their children the following month.
Turner spoke out about her hopes for her daughter’s future, telling British Vogue: “My dream is to have a huge Christmas where my daughters can have their dad there, Joe’s whole side of the family, their grandparents.
“I don’t care about the politics, I just want the girls to feel loved and have everyone show up for them,” she said in the May 15 interview.

Since their split, both parties have moved on romantically.
Turner recently made her relationship with British aristocrat and property developer Peregrine Pearson Instagram official, while Jonas has been linked to model Stormi Bree and actress Laila Abdullah.
The singer dropped hints about the split in his latest music, posting a TikTok of himself playfully riding a bike in the countryside while singing along to a snippet of the new tunes.

“Come on, Joe, you got so much more to be grateful for,” he began the lyrics of the upbeat song, “Stop being sad because you’re making the room uncomfortable.
“OK I get it / I know you’re feeling so miserable / Sometimes I wish I had powers to be invisible,” the song continued as the 34-year-old moved the phone around erratically and lip-synced the lyrics.
“Even baddies get saddies and that’s the hardest truth / Called your mummy and daddy, they don’t know what to do,” he mouthed as he abruptly cut off the video.
