She’s the on-screen sweetheart who won our “love”, but nowadays Jennifer Love Hewitt is keeping a low profile.
The actress and singer has enjoyed a career spanning over 30 years.
Her first break came as a child actress on the Disney Channel show Kids Incorporated.
Then, at the age of 12, she made her debut as a singer. She released her first album, love songsin 1992 – but it was only available in Japan.

Hewitt, now 45, began to work her way up to TV and films throughout her teen and adult years.
She is known for her role as Sarah on Party of Fiveplaying the on-again, off-again high school girlfriend of the second Salinger kid, Bailey.

Her performance in the show, which was only supposed to last nine episodes, launched her career, making her a staple of our screens.
After her TV success, Hewitt moved on to do a steady stream of iconic films, including I Know What You Did Last Summer, Can’t Hardly Wait, Heartbreakers, The Client List, and more.
She was a singer for a spell, releasing four albums with hits like BareNaked and can i go now before she put her music career to rest in 2004.
She also coined the term “vajazzling” after she mentioned it in her book, The Day I Shot Cupid.
In a promotional appearance for the book on The George Lopez Show in 2010, she encouraged female audience members to “to vajazzle their vajayjays”.

The next day, “vajazzling” was one of the top searches on Google.
She made her return to TV in more gritty roles, starting with Ghost Whispererer, which ran from 2005 till 2010.
She appeared as Agent Kate Callahan in season 10 of Criminal Mindsand today’s stars in the series 9-1-1 as Maddie Buckley, an emergency operator.

She has three children with her husband, actor Brian Hallisay: Autumn James, 10, Atticus James, nine, and Aidan James, three.
In an Instagram postthe star revealed she had been going through a lot and was ”grateful” for her “privacy” now that she has made it through the other side.
Hewitt recently launched her book Inheriting Magicwhich details her journey through grief after losing her mother.
